User Profile Options: Set ‘All Pursuits’ as Landing Page

The newly released ‘All Pursuits’ view can now be set as the landing page in QorusDocs Hub for individual users. This saves users from having to navigate to the ‘All Pursuits’ view after logging in, as it lands them directly on the ‘All Pursuits’ page, where they can view a grid listing all the Pursuits they have access to, regardless of Pursuit Type, across QorusDocs.

Users can set their landing page preferences in their Profile Settings, which they can access by clicking on their name in the top right corner in QorusDocs Hub.

Admins can also perform this action on behalf of other users, by going to Settings > User Management, and editing the Landing Page preference for a particular user.

November 24, 2025 Release

In this release

  1. Pursuits: New upload file option when creating a new Pursuit
  2. Pursuits: Due Dates can now be required for Deadline-based Pursuits

1. Pursuits: New upload file option when creating a new Pursuit

Previously, you could only upload files to your Pursuit content after that Pursuit had been created. With this release, we’re saving you a step by making it possible to upload documents to your Pursuit directly from the Pursuit creation form – streamlining your workflow and helping you get started faster.

To keep your Pursuit content organized, Admins can now configure a default ‘upload folder’ for each Pursuit Type. If no default upload folder is configured, files uploaded directly from the Pursuit creation form will be saved to the Pursuit content’s root folder.

Key benefits

  • Fewer steps to get started with a new Pursuit as you can create a Pursuit and upload files in one go.
  • With upload folders, you can more easily centralize Pursuit-related content for collaboration and reference.

2. Pursuits: Due Dates can now be required for Deadline-based Pursuits

Previously, Due Dates on all Deadline-based Pursuit Types were optional. For greater control, Admins can now configure Due Dates to be either ‘Optional’ or ‘Required’ upon Pursuit creation, for each Pursuit Type.

Key benefits

By requiring that Due Dates be filled in for new Pursuits where this is critical, you can ensure better governance and reporting.

2. Updated view for Sources in QPilot responses

As QorusDocs is building towards an agentic future, we’ve updated how source information is displayed in QPilot responses with a small UI change. You can now see which agent is being used for each prompt, along with an info icon that reveals the sources used by the agent when you hover over it.

QPilot is our first agent, and we plan to add more to the platform in the coming months. This will allow you to see at a glance which agent and sources you're using for each prompt for a better human-in-the-loop experience.

Key benefits

  • Greater visibility of agents being used for the prompt

October 6, 2025 Release

In this release

  1. New Auto Update Setting for Linked User Groups
  2. New GPT-5 Model Availability

1. New Auto Update Setting for Linked User Groups

To ensure QorusDocs User Groups and your linked Entra ID directory groups are kept up to date and in sync, Admins can now enable weekly auto-syncs. Eliminates the need for daily manual updates, ensuring group memberships always stay aligned with organizational changes. The auto-sync feature introduces a scheduled task that runs weekly, keeping QorusDocs Groups up to date with minimal admin effort.

By default, this setting is off.

  • The new “Auto Update” toggle appears in the Groups tab
  • Email notifications are sent to the delegated user & primary Admin
  • Manual sync flow is improved with clearer feedback and messaging

Key Benefits

  • Reduced admin workload

  • Improved accuracy

  • Seamless permissions management

Key use cases

  • Keep organizations in sync without requiring daily manual maintenance

2. New GPT-5 Model Availability

We now support GPT-5, GPT-5 mini, and GPT-5 nano, giving you access to the latest AI models from OpenAI.

Overview

These are selectable in Smart Skills and the hub-level AI model dropdown. When a GPT-5 model is selected, the temperature control is disabled as GPT-5 does not allow for temperature adjustments.

GPT-4o will remain the default model for now – there has been mixed feedback around GPT-5, meaning we should test it further before making it the default. GPT-5 might also run slower due to deeper reasoning.

Key benefits

  • Access to the latest GPT-5 models

  • Better reasoning – more advanced problem-solving with fewer errors.

  • More efficient – more concise, and better at following instructions.
  • Higher reliability – produces fewer hallucinations and more trustworthy answers.
  • Stronger adaptability – naturally adjusts to user intent, whether for casual conversation, technical writing, or creative tasks.
  • Better Document Handling - Can manage longer, more complex RFPs, proposals, and structured workflows without losing context.
