Update the default landing page for guest users

The primary use case for guest users in QorusDocs is Assignments. To enhance their experience, we have updated the default landing page for guest users to Assignments. This change ensures that guest users are immediately directed to the section of QorusDocs that matters most to them.

Keep your list filters saved during active page sessions

List views throughout the QorusDocs interface, including Assignments, Active Users, Pursuits, and Pursuit Assignments, will now save your filter selections during an active page session. Your selected filters will remain active when editing, creating, or moving between tabs adjacent to a list view while you are actively on a page. Navigating away from a page will continue to reset list filters to their default settings.

OneDrive content now available in QPilot and AI-powered Templates

You can now access your recently used OneDrive content directly in QPilot and within AI-powered Templates. This allows you to easily reference files stored in your OneDrive without needing to add them to SharePoint or Pursuit Content locations.

Enhanced history management in QPilot

The QPilot chat history has been expanded to show your top 250 most recent QPilot chat sessions. You will also be able to further refine your QPilot search history, based on the chat name, to easily find past prompts and responses.

Additionally, you can delete and rename chat history items to optimize your QPilot history view. Deleting a QPilot history item does not delete the underlying search history.
