Link Image Smart Fields to a Content Library
To improve efficiency and consistency, you can now link Image Smart Fields directly to Content Libraries using the ‘Select from Content Source’ option in the Smart Field settings. This allows your organization to pull images from a centralized source when creating content from Smart Templates – no need to upload from your desktop.
Updated 'Choose a Fit' options on Image Smart Fields
The default setting for newly created Image Smart Fields is now ‘fit and maintain ratio’ (formerly ‘fit and maintain aspect ratio’), a more widely used option that keeps the images aspect when inserted from Smart Templates. The ‘fit and stretch’ option still appears to the right but is no longer the default option.

Narrow content targeting for Dynamic Content Smart Fields
To enable returning the most relevant documents for Dynamic Content Smart Fields, admins can now target a specific folder within the selected Content Library when creating or editing the Dynamic Content Smart Field. This will narrow content selection to only documents within that folder, and its sub-folders, when using Dynamic Content within a template.
Set the sensitivity Temperature on Smart Skills
Admins will now be able to choose the GPT model’s sensitivity using the Temperature slider when creating or editing a Smart Skill. Depending on a Smart Skill’s function, you may prefer prompt responses to have autonomous creativity or preciseness. Temperature for the AI Model affects its creative freedom:
- Higher temperatures (slide right) allow more creativity in responses
- Lower temperatures (slide left) make for more predictable responses

New content viewing options in the QorusDocs search pane
QorusDocs now supports two ways for viewing content in your Content Libraries – List View and Tile View. The List View shows the traditional viewing layout and Tile View limits the details to just the content’s title while auto expanding the preview thumbnail.
Admins will be able to define a default view for each Content Library, ensuring a consistent experience when starting. However, individuals can modify their own view settings for each Content Library via the ‘View’ icon. This will apply the person’s preferences and remember their settings for the next time they search in that Content Library.
Important changes with the new content viewing options
To provide better content viewing options, the ability to scroll through multi-page documents within the Search pane has been removed. To view multiple pages of a document or see the number of pages, select ‘Preview’ to view the full-size document.
With this change, two underutilized content actions, ‘Add Displayed Item to Cart’ and ‘Insert Displayed Item as Image’ have been archived. Instead, individuals can continue to remove and organize slides within the Cart Checkout, and images will be best stored and inserted as individual images.
Enhanced image viewing and finding in your Content Libraries
Image search and filtering is no longer restricted to Content Libraries connected to SharePoint Picture Libraries. You can now search for images and filter by the images file type, no matter where they are stored, to get relevant visuals for your business content.
Link to add metadata directly from Auto Answer suggested content
Directly from Auto Answer suggested content, you can now add metadata to your content before approving them into your SharePoint Q&A List. Easily enrich suggested content with details like search filters, keywords, content owner, review frequency, and more—from QorusDocs, reducing secondary steps when adding new Q&A content. This streamlines content curation and makes new content easier to find and maintain.

Rich-text support in QPilot, Smart Skills, and AI-Powered Templates
QPilot and Smart Skill responses now support rich text, enabling you to preserve and view elements like headers, bold, italics, lists, tables, and more in your responses. Your responses can now be inserted into Word and Outlook documents via the QorusDocs add-ins, maintaining rich text formatting.
AI-Powered Templates in Word now also support rich-text output for AI Text Smart Fields. With the addition of a 'Preview' button, you can now view the prompt, rich text response, and references for AI Text Smart Fields during the Create and Insert experience.
Availability of new QorusDocs Resource Center
Under the Manage tab in your QorusDocs Hub, the QorusDocs Resource Center is now available! The QorusDocs Resource Center is a collection of Smart Skill prompts and templates to help you streamline document reviews, proposal writing, RFP responses, and more, with the help of AI-assistant, QPilot.
Add Save as PDF to Pursuit Content
As we work to enhance usability and better align with business use cases in Pursuits, you can now convert and save files as PDFs directly within Pursuit Content. This feature will streamline document management and enable you to create non-editable files for easier distribution and review.
New Smart Layout save selection settings
The newest Hub Management settings enable Admins to choose how Smart Layout selections in Pursuits will be saved. Smart Layout selections can be saved on a Pursuit-level to enable consistency and collaboration among team members, or they can be stored on a user-level which enables individual autonomy and prevents selection overwriting.
Ability to search multi-lookup data in Smart Layouts
Search across related Smart List content using the Smart Layout Search in QorusDocs. This enables better utilization of related Smart Layouts, streamlining workflows and ensuring you can easily find relevant data from within a single working area.
