We have made significant improvements to how QorusDocs conveys prompts and references content, and these advances will be seen across QPilot, Smart Skills, and AI Templates.

Optimized responses with better-structured prompts and more accurate content references under-the-hood will provide an improved experience with QPilot, delivering well-fit content generation directly to you.

Ability to customize Pursuit Statuses and Outcomes 

QorusDocs is enhancing its Pursuit functionality, enabling you to tailor Pursuit Statuses and Outcomes based on each Pursuit Type. This change provides your organization with the flexibility to align Pursuits to your business workflow and outcomes.

QorusDocs Admins can manage customized Statuses and Outcomes within the Pursuit Type setup. This includes adding, editing, reordering, and deleting them, making these options accessible to everyone who utilizes Pursuits in your QorusDocs Hub.

Ability to resize grid columns in Recent Pursuits and Smart Layouts lists

Personalize your list viewing experience for the Recent Pursuits & Smart Layouts. You can now adjust the column widths on these lists which will persist for future viewings of your list.

Additionally, the header row of Recent Pursuits and Smart Layouts lists will remain frozen, enabling you to scroll records while viewing the over-arching header.

Remove auto-population of highlighted text when using keyword search

To save you time from clearing text that automatically appears in the keyword search after highlighting text within a document, we have stopped auto-populating the search field with highlighted text. This approach supports shorter, more focused keyword searches that require exact matches.

Ability to copy document links for PDF files  

To allow easy distribution of PDF files, you can now copy the document link for PDF files, similar to the current experience for Office files. This can be done from the Search pane or from your Pursuit Content. Prior permissions to the document must be established for a person to access the link.

Upgrade to GPT-4o model version for QPilot

The latest and best AI model has been made available for QPilot and AI-Powered Templates! Now available via Azure Open AI, the QorusDocs Large Language Model version has been updated from GPT-4o ‘2024-05-13’ to GPT-4o ‘2024-08-06’. This latest AI model enables more comprehensive answers to your prompts and allows for longer responses, when needed.

QPilot UI color update

The colors for the prompt and response in QPilot have been reversed so that you can spend less time formatting responses. Prompts now have a grey background and responses have a white background. When highlighting and copying a QPilot response, pasted content will have a white background.
