Reference recently used @file names in QPilot prompts from the the Microsoft Add-Ins and Preview Pane

You can now reference your recently used files in prompts within QPilot, both in the Add-in and Preview. These recently used files do not need to be AI-indexed and can also reference multiple documents inline in your prompt. The files referenced will show up in your chat history and your references below the response.

Based on recent user feedback, we will be removing the ‘thumbs up’ and ‘thumbs down’ icons underneath QPilot generated responses. These icons do not influence future prompt responses generated and provided little user benefit.

Selected Content Libraries used as sources for QPilot prompts will now be shown below the prompt response. This new update will enable QPilot users to refer to source content used to generate prompt responses either in the current chat, within Smart Skills, or the Chat History.

You will now be able to include @this document or @highlighted text in-line within Smart Skill prompts, rather than selecting these from the Prompt Sources dropdown. This will ensure references to specific content can be mentioned within the context of a QPilot prompt.

When a Content Library is selected for prompting, you will now get a warning message below the response when no relevant content from the Content Library was used in the QPilot response. This is helpful for you to be aware that the response given may not be accurate content and that you need to refine your prompt to get a better match on the contents of your selected Content Library (or Libraries).
