Pursuit Status Bar toggled on by default
We have improved the performance and responsiveness of the Pursuit workspace screen as part of this release, and the new Pursuit Status bar will be displayed to all users by default, making it easier to visualize where Pursuits are in the process as well as update the Pursuit status in one click. Users can always hide the Status bar if they prefer, and QorusDocs will remember their choice across all Pursuits.
Key benefits
The status progress bar will be visible by default when opening Pursuits to provide clearer visibility.
Multiple Assignees for Default Assignments
We’re introducing several enhancements to Default Pursuit Assignments, including the ability for Admins to select one or more assignees from the Pursuit Type’s Default Pursuit Members while configuring Default Pursuit Assignments.
Previously, Default Pursuit Assignments could only be assigned to the Pursuit Owner, who then needed to re-assign these to the right people manually after the assignments were automatically created - either upon Pursuit creation or when the Pursuit Status was updated. Pursuit Owners will no longer need to do this going forward, provided the intended assignees are available for selection from the Default Pursuit Members list in the Pursuit Type, and they’ve been added to the Default Pursuit Assignment.
Where groups are added as Default Pursuit Members, all users within those groups will also be available for selection. You can also assign a Default Pursuit Assignment to multiple assignees.

This update also introduces support for same-day assignment due dates by allowing the “Due in” field to be set to 0.

In addition, “Activated on” has been renamed to “Created on” for improved clarity to indicate that the Default Pursuit Assignment being configured will be created when the Pursuit reaches the status specified in the drop down menu, and the related checkbox label has been updated to “Create only once” to better reflect the option of having the Default Pursuit Assignment created only once, even if the Pursuit Status is changed multiple times.
Key benefits
- Automatically assigns tasks to the appropriate Pursuit team members.
- Reduces manual reassignment of Default Pursuit Assignments.
- Supports multiple assignees for improved collaboration and accountability.
- Enables same-day assignment due dates for time-sensitive activities.
Key use cases:
- Automatically assigning review, approval, or contribution tasks to specific Pursuit team members.
- Assigning Default Pursuit Assignments to multiple stakeholders who need to collaborate on the same task.
- Creating assignments that are due on the same day they are generated.
- Configuring stage-based assignment workflows that require minimal manual intervention from Pursuit Owners.

Login Screen Salesforce & Dynamics
We’re updating the look and feel of login screens across both the Salesforce and Dynamics Add-Ins to align with the latest QorusDocs website branding, delivering a more modern and consistent look and feel across platforms.
While the visual design has been enhanced with updated colors, typography, logos, and messaging, there are no changes to how users authenticate or the user experience when logging in to QorusDocs. Existing Microsoft 365 and custom login methods remain unchanged.
Key benefits
Enhanced look and feel aligned with current branding
Visualize Pursuit Status Progress
We’re introducing a new visual status progress bar within Pursuits to provide clearer visibility into where a Pursuit sits in its lifecycle.
In Hub Central, users can now quickly view all configured statuses for a Pursuit Type directly from the Pursuit page. Clicking on a status within the progress bar will automatically update the status of the Pursuit, making it easier to manage Pursuit progression. A new toggle also allows users to show or hide the status bar, with preferences saved per user across all Pursuits.
Note that the toggle is turned off by default, meaning the progress bar will remain hidden until users choose to enable it.
Within the Add-Ins, users will now see a status indicator above the Pursuit name for quick visibility into the current status. Selecting the status opens a dropdown where users can view and update statuses directly.
Key benefits
- A status indicator above the Pursuit name provides a quick view of the current status.
- Selecting any status will update the Pursuit status instantly.

Default Assignments triggered by Pursuit Status
We’re introducing the ability to trigger the creation of Default Pursuit Assignments based on the Pursuit’s status.

This helps teams manage workflows more effectively as opportunities evolve.
Key benefits
Reduces manual effort in assignment creation
Ensures tasks are introduced at the right stage of a Pursuit
Improves workflow consistency across the Pursuit lifecycle
Key use cases:
Automating assignment creation as a Pursuit progresses
Ensuring stage-specific tasks are consistently applied
Usability enhancement to the ‘Create’ experience on the ‘All Pursuits’ grid
We’re enhancing the ‘Create’ experience in the ‘All Pursuits’grid to make it easier to find and select the right Pursuit Type.
With this update, only relevant Pursuit Types are displayed when users click on ‘Create’ in the ‘All Pursuits’ grid in Hub Central. Hidden, disabled, and CRM-linked types are no longer shown, saving users from having to navigate greyed out Pursuit Type options that they are not able to in fact create from the Hub Central ‘All Pursuits’ grid.
Key benefits
Simplifies the Pursuit creation experience
Reduces confusion by removing irrelevant options
Key use cases:
Helping users quickly create new Pursuits by presenting only valid Pursuit Types
Reducing errors or confusion during Pursuit creation
