Login Screen Salesforce & Dynamics
We’re updating the look and feel of login screens across both the Salesforce and Dynamics Add-Ins to align with the latest QorusDocs website branding, delivering a more modern and consistent look and feel across platforms.
While the visual design has been enhanced with updated colors, typography, logos, and messaging, there are no changes to how users authenticate or the user experience when logging in to QorusDocs. Existing Microsoft 365 and custom login methods remain unchanged.
Key benefits
Enhanced look and feel aligned with current branding
Visualize Pursuit Status Progress
We’re introducing a new visual status progress bar within Pursuits to provide clearer visibility into where a Pursuit sits in its lifecycle.
In Hub Central, users can now quickly view all configured statuses for a Pursuit Type directly from the Pursuit page. Clicking on a status within the progress bar will automatically update the status of the Pursuit, making it easier to manage Pursuit progression. A new toggle also allows users to show or hide the status bar, with preferences saved per user across all Pursuits.
Note that the toggle is turned off by default, meaning the progress bar will remain hidden until users choose to enable it.
Within the Add-Ins, users will now see a status indicator above the Pursuit name for quick visibility into the current status. Selecting the status opens a dropdown where users can view and update statuses directly.
Key benefits
- A status indicator above the Pursuit name provides a quick view of the current status.
- Selecting any status will update the Pursuit status instantly.

Default Assignments triggered by Pursuit Status
We’re introducing the ability to trigger the creation of Default Pursuit Assignments based on the Pursuit’s status.
With this update, assignments can be automatically created as a Pursuit progresses through different stages, reducing manual effort and ensuring that tasks are introduced at the right points in the lifecycle—not just at the start of the Pursuit.
This helps teams manage workflows more effectively as opportunities evolve.
Key benefits
Reduces manual effort in assignment creation
Ensures tasks are introduced at the right stage of a Pursuit
Improves workflow consistency across the Pursuit lifecycle
Key use cases:
Automating assignment creation as a Pursuit progresses
Ensuring stage-specific tasks are consistently applied
Usability enhancement to the ‘Create’ experience on the ‘All Pursuits’ grid
We’re enhancing the ‘Create’ experience in the ‘All Pursuits’grid to make it easier to find and select the right Pursuit Type.
With this update, only relevant Pursuit Types are displayed when users click on ‘Create’ in the ‘All Pursuits’ grid in Hub Central. Hidden, disabled, and CRM-linked types are no longer shown, saving users from having to navigate greyed out Pursuit Type options that they are not able to in fact create from the Hub Central ‘All Pursuits’ grid.
Key benefits
Simplifies the Pursuit creation experience
Reduces confusion by removing irrelevant options
Key use cases:
Helping users quickly create new Pursuits by presenting only valid Pursuit Types
Reducing errors or confusion during Pursuit creation
