• Best practices for structuring prompts, analyzing documents, and refining proposal content.
• Copy-and-paste & downloadable resources like Smart Skills, AI templates, effective search queries, quick prompt hacks and comprehensive, bid-appropriate hub instructions.
• Framework-aligned recommendations that help you identify the right tools at each stage of the bid lifecycle—based on industry standards like APMP, Shipley, and IPD.

How to Access the QorusDocs Resource Center

You can find the Resource Center directly under the Help (?) icon in the QorusDocs Hub (www.qorushub.com). After selecting the Help icon, select 'Resource Center'.

Before the QorusDocs Resource Center will appear on a Hub:​

• The QorusDocs Hub must be part of a QPilot-enabled subscription (Enterprise+, Pro, or QPilot Essentials)
• The individual user must have a '+ QPilot' Role - can be included with Admin, Designer, or Standard roles

What's in the QorusDocs Resource Center

The Resource Center gives you practical, ready-to-use tools that help you respond to RFPs more efficiently. It’s built for busy teams who need to move quickly.

Within the Resource Center, there are dedicated sections with clear entry points to guidance, best practices, Smart Skill prompts, and AI-powered Templates - categorized by function and phase.

Whether you're drafting a proposal, analyzing an RFP, or prepping for submission, you'll find smart prompts, templates, and time-saving resources designed to help you get started faster and work more effectively.

All prompt templates can be found in the navigation or within the search box, and will feature a lightning bolt icon next to them.
