August 23rd, 2023, Release: Pursuit Permissions and Add-In Updates

Our latest release is here! We’ve heard your feedback and are pleased to be bringing you improvements that will improve usability and your overall user experience.

Here are the highlights:

1. Deleting a Pursuit Permissions
2. 'Insert as URL' content action
3. Linking Assignments for Excel and PowerPoint Add-Ins

Deleting a Pursuit Permissions

You can now specify whether all Pursuit members should have permissions to delete Pursuits or if that right should be restricted to Admin users only for greater control. This setting is at the Pursuit Type level, meaning that it will apply to all the Pursuits that belong to the Pursuit Type where it is set.

To configure this, Admins will need to navigate to Manage > Pursuit Types, and then click on the gear icon next to the Pursuit Type, and then on Edit:

On the next screen, click on 'Show advanced options' (once you've clicked the text will change to 'Hide advanced options'), and then you'll find the 'Can Delete Pursuit' setting below:

'Insert as URL' content action

With this release, you can now insert URLs into the documents, emails, presentations, and spreadsheets you're working with the QorusDocs Add-ins:

Linking Assignments for Excel and PowerPoint Add-Ins

Previously, the Excel and PowerPoint Add-In did not display “Assignments” on the Home tab. We have now added the “Assignments” link to the home tab of these Add-Ins:
