1.      Quick Action Updates for all Content

Designed to simplify your experience, the content quick action button offers convenient shortcuts to frequently performed actions specific to the type of content you're working with. Gone are the days of unnecessary clicks and searching through the 'more' menu (found under the ellipses or three dots). In this release, we're thrilled to unveil a collection of enhancements inspired by user feedback and informed by usage patterns across various file types.

In Hub Central

The quick action button in Hub Central has received a minor change from ‘Download’ to ‘Open’:

This update applies to content found in all of the following connected locations:

  • Share Point Libraries
  • Share Point Lists
  • Q&A Library
  • One Drive
  • Teams

In the QorusDocs Add-Ins for Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

The quick action button in the Add-in has received a minor change from ‘Download’ to ‘Insert’:

This update applies to content found in all of the following connected locations:

  • Share Point Libraries
  • Share Point Lists
  • Q&A Library
  • One Drive
  • Teams

In the QorusDocs Add-In for Outlook

The default page can be selected among the 3 following options:

3.    Clip Enhancements

We've enhanced the usability of the Clip functionality. When content is highlighted and saved, a link to the clipped document is displayed to confirm a successful save. We've updated the color of this link. Moreover, the notification, or "toaster", displaying the link to the clipped document will remain visible for 10 seconds before gradually fading away.

And from now on, when you click on the link, it will open the document in Office Online.
