How to link Salesforce Opportunity Fields to Pursuits

In this article, we will cover mapping your Salesforce fields to Qorus Pursuits.

Prerequisites:

  • A Salesforce Administrator license for the instance you wish to link to Qorus
  • A Qorus Administrator license for the Hub you wish to connect

From your Salesforce environment, click on the cog icon in the top right and hit 'setup:'

From there, find the Object Manager in the left navigation by searching and clicking:

On the Object Manager, search for "opportunity" and click into the 'Opportunity' object:

On the Opportunity object, click into 'Fields and Relationships.' This page shows you the list of Fields on the Opportunity record. The 'Field Name' column contains the names as they are sent to Qorus via the API and captured in Pursuits:

Determine which of those field values you want to add to your Pursuit Smart Fields, and then copy them exactly into the 'Field Reference' entry in your Pursuit Type Setup.
