Reference field names exceptions

The fields within a CRM Opportunity are synced to Content Hub any time the Opportunity is opened or saved. By default, all the fields in the Opportunity are sent to Content Hub, where they map up to Smart Fields as defined during the setup. Some fields in the Opportunity, like Account, Owner, etc. are lookups to other CRM objects that are rendered within the CRM UI with their name (e.g. “Acme corp”) but are stored as GUIDs (e.g. “0015000asdf”). This means that the data sent to Content Hub contains the GUIDs by default and not the corresponding name. To enable the display of the names as well as their entity GUIDs (example: you want to show Owner Name in a Pursuit), we have provided additional lookups to allow these mappings to be brought in.

Below are the fields and Field References for the CRM systems that we support:

    GUID

    Field Reference

    parentaccountid

    Account.Name

    parentcontactid

    Contact.Name

    owninguser

    User.Name

    originatingleadid

    Lead.Name

    campaignid

    Campaign.Name
