Troubleshooting CRM Issues

1. Login issues 

Problem:

If you don’t have the correct license you will be presented with the following error message: 

The user is not licensed to access this client. 

Solution:

Upgrade your Qorus license plan. You can do this by contacting the Qorus customer success team. 

2. Opportunity access issues 

Problem:

You don’t have the permission to view the Opportunity-linked Pursuit record because the CRM Opportunity owner is not a member of your Hub. When this happens, you will be presented with the following error message: 

Owner examplename@email.com not found in your Hub. 

Solution:

Add the CRM Opportunity user as a licensed user to your Hub in Qorus Content Hub. 

3. Data not syncing from CRM to Content Hub

If you make changes in an Opportunity record and don't see the change in Content Hub, there could be a couple of issues:

Problem Resolution
User not logged into both CRM and Qorus Log into both, then save the Opportunity in CRM to re-send the fields
Field reference not mapped correctly Check the API field name and modify it if needed
