Access QorusDocs Success Center

The QorusDocs Success Center is designed to enhance your experience by delivering relevant, timely, and personalized information directly within the QorusDocs application. It contains product updates, thought leadership, and enablement resources for innovative proposal and bid management.

The Success Center, an information widget, is available in QorusDocs Hub for the browser. It is an icon overlayed in your QorusDocs Hub, and when clicked, opens the full widget. You can view this as a centralized medium for staying empowered and informed.

How to Access the Success Center

The QorusDocs Success Center is available at www.qorushub.com. In the lower-left corner, you will see a tabbed-icon with the QorusDocs logo. Upon clicking that tab, the Success Center, an in-app widget partially-overlayed on QorusDocs, will appear. Select the 'X' in the top-right of the Success Center to close the widget and proceed in QorusDocs.

If you do not see the tabbed-icon for the Success Center, it may have been disabled on behalf of your organization. You can confirm with your QorusDocs Admin or by submitting a support ticket.

What's in the Success Center

At the top of the Success Center, you will see helpful resources for learning and getting help.

News and updates are shown in a carousel under the 'Announcements' header. If you have announcements, you can toggle through them using the side arrows or pagination below.

Occasionally, we may send you surveys as an option for you to share your thoughts with us. Any available surveys will appear at the bottom of the Success Center.
