Deciding where QorusDocs consumes content from is a fundamental decision that you'll need to make early on. This step will help you understand the pros and cons of your options and will guide you to keep your content as secure as possible, to ensure this framework is upheld correctly.

QorusDocs can consume content from multiple Microsoft locations within your organization.

• SharePoint Online sites
• Microsoft Teams
• OneDrive

You may choose to connect to all of these locations, bringing your content together in QorusDocs, or you may choose to setup a new SharePoint Online site and move your disparate content into the new structure. We highly recommend the latter if it’s an option for you, to house your primary content. You can always connect out to other locations for additional content, but your core content and templates driving the automation and efficiencies is best moved to a new location, protected from other teams and secured with the right permissions.
