View Share and Track Analytics

Share and Track presents you with great insights into how the documents you share are interacted with from within Hub Central. This article will assist in helping you view these analytics and the features that are available. Please keep in mind that admins are able to see all share and tracks where standard users are only able to view their own tracked shared link.

Share and Track Analytics Navigation

To view your share and track analytics you will need to navigate to the all shared documents page. To find this you will select the 'Shares' option, which is located under 'My Hub' on the left navigation:

General Engagement

For a general summary of how the share has been interacted with, you will see these analytics within the share thumbnail:

In-Depth Analytics

To go more in-depth into your analytics you can click on either the document title or the document thumbnail:

Once you have opened up the analytics window you have options which are presented and explained below:

All Viewers

Use the 'All Viewers' share and track analytics to see engagement across all pages of the shared file, one viewer at a time. Clicking on a viewer's name brings up their engagement analytics on the panel on the right. For example, clicking on 'debbie@datasolut.com' on the left-hand side in the screenshot above will bring up this person's page views.

All Pages

Use the 'All Pages' view, which gives you insight on the individual pages. As depicted in the above, you are able to select the page you'd like to view's particular analytics. Furthermore, there is a total time count at the bottom of each of the page's thumbnails.
