There are four areas within QorusDocs where you can find insights and activity data:
1. Usage reporting in Hub Central
The Usage page in Hub Central gives you built-in reporting on how your team is adopting QorusDocs, with a focus on QPilot usage. It brings your key usage metrics and visuals together in one place, covering major features such as Search, Pursuits, QPilot, Assignments, and Content Usage.
Built-in Usage reporting is not switched on by default. If you would like it enabled for your hub, please contact Support. Once enabled, the Usage page is visible to users in the Admin role.
The Usage page is organised into three tabs:
- Summary: an executive overview of seats, activity by product category, usage trends, and QPilot usage.
- Adoption: feature usage per user, together with pursuit performance and outcomes.
- QPilot Reporting: a closer look at how your team is using QPilot AI.
Because the reports are built in, there is nothing to configure or set up. That makes them especially useful if you do not use Power BI or do not have custom reporting needs. Data is shown in an easy-to-digest visual format, and you can export any report to CSV or copy individual visuals to use in presentations.
For a full breakdown of every KPI, chart, and table, including exactly how each number is calculated, see the Usage page reporting guide.
2. Content Usage Insights
You can find these insights by clicking on the 'info' button, below any content item in QorusDocs:
These insights are visible to all QorusDocs users, except for guests.
3. Collaboration Insights
You can view these insights when you create a new assignment in Word, PowerPoint, or Excel, by click on the icon that looks like a chart next to a person’s name.
These insights are visible to all QorusDocs users (except guests), provided that the QorusDocs licensed role they belong to (standard, designer, or admin) does not have collaboration turned off for them. These insights are only available on the Premium and Enterprise plans.

4. Odata feed
The QorusDocs Odata feed contains a detailed and comprehensive log of all the activities that QorusDocs tracks, including login activity, content usage, collaboration and hub management - like adding or modifying content sources.
This feed is intended to be used along with analytics software, like Power BI or even Excel, where you can build your own custom reports and analyze your data according to your unique business requirements.
All that is required to access your QorusDocs Odata feed is to set a username and password within the 'Hub Management' area in Hub Central. Then, in your analytics software, all you need to do is copy and paste the Odata feed URL, and then provide the Odata feed username and password setup in Hub Central.
Only users that belong to the QorusDocs Admin role have the ability to set and manage your hub's username and password, and only people who know the Odata username and password can connect it to analytics software and see the data.
This feature is available on the QorusDocs Premium and Enterprise plans only.
You can learn more about Odata, and download a sample Power BI template to help you get started, right here.
