Troubleshooting File Access Issues with QPilot

If you've landed on this page, it's likely because you clicked the "Read More" link after encountering an error message while using QPilot. The error message you received might have looked something like this:

This error occurs when QPilot tries to reference a file from your Recently Used files or your Pursuit Content while running a Smart Skill or Prompt. If the file has been deleted, moved, or if your permissions to access the file have been removed, QPilot cannot retrieve it. In such cases, the error message identifies the specific file(s) affected, helping you understand whether it has been deleted, relocated, or access permissions have changed.

If none of these scenarios seem to apply, we recommend reaching out to our support team for further assistance.
