Error: The specified folder is no longer available. It might have been moved, renamed, or deleted.

If you’re working on a Pursuit in your QorusDocs Hub and you get this error when you click on the ‘Contents’ tab to see all your Pursuit documents:

The most frequent cause for this issue is that someone renamed the folder where your Pursuit documents are stored in your connected SharePoint library.

Renaming the folder in SharePoint causes the URL of the folder to change. When QorusDocs attempts to fetch the contents of the folder, it can no longer find it.

To fix this, go to your SharePoint library, and rename the folder to what it was originally. Then return to your QorusDocs Online and refresh your browser. That should do it.
