When choosing between using MS 365 to authenticate vs federating with other IdPs (such as Okta, Auth0, etc), it is important to understand how each platform handles user management and user assignment. Below is a comparison of key features and functionalities that are affected by this, which will help you determine which solution best meets your needs.
Note: If your Microsoft 365 environment
is already federated with another IDP, we strongly recommend that you do
not
federate QorusDocs directly with your other IDP as well. This will introduce
an additional authentication step and introduce the downgraded user experience
documented in the table below.
