Adopt

Your Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) will work with you to create an adoption plan with short and long-term goals. QorusDocs will monitor usage statistics and trends in order to pick up on issues that need attention. Our goal is to proactively raise awareness of and help you address and enhance the user experience. We will also highlight your wins. Positive feedback and recognition of your best users are effective ways to build internal champions to drive adoption, within your organization.

Nurture

We will continuously support your business and drive efficiencies through staying ahead of the technical curve: new product features, Microsoft’s ever-changing offerings and capabilities, industry trends and best practices.
