Preview and arrange slides when composing PowerPoint presentations

When you're composing new PowerPoint presentations with Qorus, you can preview and even re-arrange the slides in your slide deck, before you click on that 'Create' button.

In this article, we'll explain how to:

  • Arrange slides into the right order
  • Preview slides, and remove the ones you don't need

1. ARRANGE SLIDES INTO THE RIGHT ORDER

In the Outcome Panel, you can simply drag slides up or down, to re-order them.

Alternatively, you could click on the expand arrows on the top right of the Outcome panel to open up a grid view of your slide deck:

The view will change to something like this, and here you can also drag slides into the order you'd like them to be in:

2. PREVIEW SLIDES,  AND REMOVE THE ONES YOU DON'T NEED

Clicking on the slide thumbnails in the Outcome Panel, will open up a bigger preview window, where you can step through your slide deck and preview the presentation you're creating.

Please note that if you're making use of Smart Fields, the values you've provided in the Smart Fields form will not show up in the Preview. They will only show in the composed presentation that is generated when you click on 'Create'.

Then, if you find any slides that you'd rather not include, you can simply click on the 'x' next to that slide in the Outcome Panel in order to remove it.
